
Four people have been arrested on drug charges after a joint investigation by the 14th judicial District Drug Task Force, Mountain Home Police, and Baxter County Sheriff’s Department. 30-year-old Phillip Wilson of Flippin, 37-year-old Kaleena Clifton of Marion, 38-year-old Roger Harris, and 34-year-old Michael Keen both from Memphis were arrested after authorities found a clear plastic baggie with 30.4 grams of a crystalline substance later field testing positive for methamphetamine, 19 pink pills identified as Adderall, 63 Oxycodone pills, 20 Hydrocodone pills, 10 Suboxone pills, 51 Xanax pills, numerous sets of digital scales with white residue, used syringes, unused baggies common for the packaging and sale of narcotics, a container with several ground-up blue pills and a syringe containing a clear liquid in the bedroom. In addition, a total of $1,450 in cash was seized from Clifton and Wilson.
Wilson, Clifton, Harris, and Keen all face felony counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with the purpose to deliver, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia for use of ingestion of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia to sell methamphetamine.
All four are being held on $75,000 bond each.
