A man from Springfield suffered serious injuries in an accident south of Houston in Texas County early Wednesday morning. The Highway Patrol reports that 35-year-old Christopher Waldorf was injured when he drove off the road and overturned the van he was driving. Waldorf was also charged with felony possession of meth and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on U.S. 63, eight miles south of Houston.
