The Highway Patrol reports that 75-year-old James Shoemaker and 75-year-old Dee Shoemaker both from Theodosia both suffered minor injuries when James Shoemaker failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the road, and ht a fence and a tree. They were both taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on U.S. 160, one mile north of Reuter.
