The Izard County Sheriff’s Department has been made aware of someone using their landline phone number, 870-368-4203, to send text messages to people. The text messages have a link you can click. The link starts asking for your personal information.
This is a scam. The Sheriff’s Department does not send text messages from our landline phones.
