Four people were injured when side-by-side hit a car in Shannon County Sunday morning. The Highway Patrol reports that the Side-by-side driven by 39-year-old William Collins of Eminence hit a Camaro driven by 20-year-old Trevor Swearingam of Ironton. Three passengers in the side-by-side suffered serious injuries. 36-year-old Heather Cates, a 12-year-old boy, and a 7-year-old boy all were taken to the Hospital with serious injuries. Swearingam suffered minor injuries. The accident happened on County Road 106-B, ten miles west of Ellington.
