Sharp County authorities have arrested a man from Manila on rape charges. 23-year-old Austin Christopher Chance Wiley is charged with felony class Y rape and felony first-degree sexual assault of a 13-year-old female. The incident happened in July of 2021 when the victim was with friends near Hardy. The bond for Wilkey has been set at $75,000 cash only.
