A Library in Carter County recently received grant money from the state library and is using that money to improve WIFI access in Carter County. The Carter County Library received the strengthen Missourians Grant and purchased three solar-powered WIFI benches. The benches were installed at Grandin City Hall, East Wood Community Center, and Fremont Baptist Church. The Benches allow WIFI access and also will charge cell phones and laptops.
