The Pre-trial for a man accused of murdering two people in Sharp County and another in Oklahoma has been delayed. Robert Lewis was supposed to have pre-trial on Monday, but the trial was delayed after his attorney filed an application for determining competency, alleging that Lewis is incompetent to stand trial. A hearing to review the findings of a mental exam is set for October 31st at 11 am.
