
A woman from Melbourne has been arrested after allegedly attempting to run over a home healthcare aide. 61-year-old Tammy Boyce allegedly became upset when the aide came to Boyce’s residence and started calling her names and demanding the aide leave her property. She allegedly told the aide’s employer that she would hit the aide in the head with a hammer. Boyce then got in her vehicle and hit the side of the aide’s vehicle. Then turned her vehicle toward the aide and the aide had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit. Boyce is charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault and felony terroristic threatening. She was taken to the Izard County jail and her bond was set at $10,000.
