A Ripley County man has been arrested by the Highway Patrol in Wayne County. 43-year-old Roy Tippen Jr of Fairdealing was arrested for felony DWI, felony driving while revoked, a felony Ripley County warrant for leaving the scene of an accident second offense, a felony Ripley County warrant for driving while revoked, and for no seat belt. He was taken to the Wayne County jail.
