The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Mountain Home man on Wednesday. 48-year-old Jayson Lee Cotter was arrested early Wednesday morning and charged with residential burglary, third-degree battery, and first-degree criminal mischief. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $25,000
