A man from West Plains has been arrested for burglary. Elijah Talbert was arrested after witnesses and a security camera caught him entering a residence on Lanton Road. Talbert was seen entering a trailer and taking items. Police say there was damage done to the entryway of the house. Talbert allegedly claimed a woman told him he could go into the house. He was taken to the Howell County Jail and his bond was set at $10,000
