The Highway Patrol reports that a 13-year-old girl from West Plains suffered moderate injuries and a 17-year-old boy from West Plains suffered minor injuries when the 17-year-old drove off the road and overturned the vehicle he was driving. The girl was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on Missouri 17, about a half mile south of West Plains.
