Taylor Rainwater was arrested after an investigation in Illinois found he was soliciting child pornography. He was charged by Cass County State Attorney’s office with Class X and 1 felony of child pornography. Rainwater was arrested by Batesville Arkansas Police and transported to the Morgan County Detention Center in Jacksonville, Illinois.
