The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from California on Sunday in Wright County. 30-year-old Raffe Mirzakhanyan was arrested on charges of felony resisting arrest by fleeing, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, failure to display lighted lamps on a motor vehicle and no seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County jail and then released to Houston PD on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle. He is being held on a 24-hour hold.
