The Highway Patrol reports that 84-year-old Norvil Lakey was killed when a pickup driven by 25-year-old Dalton Sole Parnosky of Buffalo Missouri, crossed the centerline and head the pickup that Lakey was driving head-on. Parnosky was charged with DWI death of another person, Careless and imprudent driving, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Parnosky was taken to Wright County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
