The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Mountain View man Wednesday morning in Shannon County. 32-year-old Derrick Zitter was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, felony resisting arrest, misdemeanor driving while revoked, speeding, and excessive window tint. He was taken to the Shannon County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
