The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from Licking Friday morning. 60-year-old Richard Sims was arrested on a Texas County warrant for felony possession of a controlled substance and a felony Dent county warrant for no valid license. He also was charged with felony driving while revoked/suspended, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and failure to register a vehicle. He was taken to Texas County Jail
