A Mountain View Arkansas man has been arrested on drug and theft charges. 45-year-old Shane Lee Mitchell was arrested after he was observed speeding and running from police. He was eventually arrested and 40 grams of crystal meth were recovered. Mitchell was also driving a truck without permission. Mitchell has been charged with two felonies – possession of methamphetamine with the purpose to deliver and theft of property. His bond was set at $25,000.
