The Thayer police are reporting the arrest of a man from Thayer on Friday. 25-year-old Matthew Benjamin Amrhein was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for felony stealing a motor vehicle and felony tampering with a motor vehicle. His bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
