The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of a man from Ava on a Texas County warrant. 36-year-old Calvin Cornelius was arrested on a Texas County warrant for felony first-degree Statutory sodomy-deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years old. His bond was set at $500,000.
