21-year-old Brock Michael Handyside was arrested after allegedly yelling at a minor and trying to start a fight. Two people held Handyside on the ground until police arrived. Handyside allegedly damaged a police car by kicking the door. Handyside was charged with one felony count of first-degree criminal mischief. His bond was set at $10,000.
