54-year-old Timothy Allen Keigwin and 47-year-old Jerald Wayne Crews were both arrested after meth and meth paraphernalia were found in their vehicle. Both men are charged with possession of controlled substance meth, Keiwin was also charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Keigwin’s bond was set at $1,500 and Crew’s bond was set at $2,500
