A man from Alton was arrested Friday by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department on an Oregon County warrant. 48-year-old Joseph Alan Toves was arrested on a warrant for felony first-degree burglary, felony first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, felony stealing a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor DWI. He was taken to the Thayer jail and is being held on a $20,000 bond.
