A Stone County Arkansas man has been arrested after he allegedly shot at a neighbor. 66-year-old Mark Irvin Wright was arrested and reportedly told authorities that the neighbor was tampering with his air conditioning unit and had hidden cameras and listening devices to spy on him. Wright had an active warrant from the Stone County Sheriff’s Department for terroristic threats. Wright faces a charge of felony aggravated assault. His bond was set at $50,000.
