An Independence County woman was killed in an accident in Jacksonville. The Arkansas State Police report that 71-year-old Jackie Lovell was killed when she drove off the road and hit a guardrail, then hit a barrier and rolled the vehicle over several times. The accident happened on highway 67/167.
