Two Winona men were arrested by the Missouri Highway patrol last night on several charges. 46-year-old Jimmy Barnes and 45-year-old Clinton Barnes were both arrested around 10 last night. Both men are charged with felony possession of a firearm, felony unlawful use of a weapon, felony possession of meth, felony possession of fentanyl, and no seat belt. Clinton Barnes has also been arrested on a Shannon County warrant for nonsupport and a misdemeanor Reynolds County warrant for driving while revoked. Jimmy Barnes was also arrested on a Wright County warrant for probation violation. Both men were taken to the Shannon County jail. Jimmy Barnes is being held without bond and Clinton Barnes was placed on a 24-hour hold.
