A man from West Plains has been arrested on Burglary charges. 29-year-old Saul Chavez faces charges of second-degree burglary. Chaves allegedly broke the glass on a back door of a residence with a sink, unlocked the door, and refused to leave the house. Chaves allegedly told police his brother owed him drugs. The house belonged to his stepfather.
