A man already facing murder charges, now faces additional charges. Damien Paul Henry of West Plains has now been charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Henry was charged earlier this year with the murder of James Vineyard at the junction 14 truck stop north of West Plains. Vineyard had allegedly pulled a knife on another man and Henry git a gun and shot Vineyard 4 times. Henry goes to trial on January 11 of 2023.
