The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a man from Birch Tree on Tuesday. 41-year-old Erik Yarber was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, felony driving while revoked, and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
