Hardy Police have identified a man who allegedly stole a wallet at the Hardy Dollar General. Larry Willingham was caught on video taking the wallet and later took almost $300 from the wallet and threw it in the parking lot. Two other subjects were with Willingham at the time of the incident and they were identified as Steven Ray Wilingham and Amber Sims,
