35-year-old Jennifer Truman suffered serious injuries when she drove off the road and hit a tree. Truman was flown to Cox South in Springfield. She also faces charges of DWI, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident, and no seat belt. The accident happened on County Road 6070.
