49-year-old Emmett Shane Cagle was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, harassing communications, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief, and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $2,275.
