42-year-old Matthew Dunaway was sentenced to 10 years in prison with the judge suspending all 10 years. Dunaway pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death of another man in July. Dunaway allegedly admitted to consuming meth before the shooting. Authorities say that Dunaway told them that he witnessed an assault by the man on his girlfriend and the man charged at him and he shot him.
