The Highway Patrol reports that 71-year-old Cheryl Glancy suffered moderate injuries when she failed to yield to another vehicle and was hit by that vehicle. Glancy was taken to Mercy St. Francis Hospital in Mountain View. The accident happened on U.S. 60, two miles east of Birch Tree.
