Christopher Lindley is charged with first-degree murder and five counts of first-degree assault and six counts of armed criminal action. The shooting happened on April 10th of 2021. Carlos Moreno of California was killed and Melissa Rae Blaskiewicz, Jonah Bivins, and Paul Chavis were all injured. The trial has been delayed due to a change in attorneys. Lindley is set to go to trial on April 26th, 2023 in Salem Missouri.
