34-year-old Jessan Aaron Taylor faces charges after authorities said his phone contained images of explicit conduct involving children. Taylor is charged with 15 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Taylor is being held in Independence County Jail with his bond set at $65,000.
