55-year-old Charles William Bergman was arrested on charges of aggravated assault on a family member or household member, misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Marion County Detention Center and his bond was set at $1,145, and he was ordered no contact with the victim.
