66-year-old Harold Lloyd Blair was arrested after child pornography was found at a house that was torn down. Blair is charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor Child, and Possession of Child Pornography – Possessing more than 20 pictures. Blair was questioned and allegedly admitted he was the man in the photo and the girl who was 11 to 12 years old at the time the pictures were taken in 2012 and 2013. Blair also disclosed another victim in Las Vegas, Nevada, and another minor child in Douglas County under the age of 4.
Harold Blair is being held in the Douglas County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
