The Highway Patrol reports that 40-year-old Jennifer Moebius was arrested for felony habitual DWI, felony resisting arrest, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving, resulting in an accident, failure to register, and no insurance. She was taken to the Texas County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
