Around 12:45 am, 22-year-old Ruiz Jose Juan was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, threatening force, DWI, no driver’s license, expired vehicle tags, and no insurance. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and is being held on a $1,855 bond.
