38-year-old Christopher Michael Broadway was given a sentence of 72 months suspended sentence for aggravated assault on a family or household member, 72 months suspended sentence for terroristic threatening and for endangering the welfare of a minor, a 12-month suspended sentence for third-degree battery, and a 12-month suspended sentence for false imprisonment. He was also fined $1,000.
