On 12/16/2022, the Oregon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Billy Tillman of Alton on 2 counts of tampering with motor vehicle – 1st Degree, class D Felony.

On 12/13/2022, the Alton Police Department arrested Heather Hood of Alton on unlawful possession of a firearm, class D Felony; endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk – 1st Degree – 1st Offense – no sexual conduct, class D Felony; abuse or neglect of a child under section 568.060.5(1) – no sexual contact, class D Felony; hindering prosecution of felony, class E Felony. She was released on 12/13/2022 after posting $3,500.00 bond.
