31-year-old Tyler Hogan was arrested on an Ozark County felony warrant for possession of marijuana, and on patrol charges of resisting arrest for a felony, felony possession of controlled substance meth, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, DWI-drugs, and careless and imprudent driving. He was taken to the Ozark County jail.
