The Sheriff’s Office reports that 39-year-old Justin Dewayne Fant was arrested on charges of felony fleeing, speeding, disregarding a stop sign, reckless driving, driving while license suspended for DWI, criminal mischief-reckless destruction, and parole violation. Fant is also charged as a habitual offender. His bond was set at $10,000
