The Highway Patrol reports that 20-year-old Ella Dennison suffered moderate injuries when a vehicle driven by 36-year-old Heather Massey of Thayer stopped to turn left and a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Phillip Burkett of Roeland Park Kansas stopped behind her, a third vehicle driven by Dennison hit the vehicle that Burkett was driving, causing it to hit the Massey vehicle. A fourth vehicle driven by 18-year-old Daniel Lingenfelter of Thayer then hit the Dennison vehicle. Dennison was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened one mile south of Thayer on Highway 63.
