Thayer Chief of Police Darryl Childers is asking area businesses to watch carefully when taking $100 bills. A fake $100 bill was found in a parking lot in Thayer. Chief Childers says the money says on it that it is a copy and not real. No business has reported receiving any of the fake bills at this time.
