According to reports at around 6 Thursday morning Police responded to a residence on Cresswell Drive. 23-year-old Jonathan Cole Smith had allegedly barricaded himself inside the home. Smith surrendered to authorities just after 10 Thursday morning. Smith is being charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threatening, endangering the welfare of a minor, and parole violation. More charges are pending.
