64-year-old Kevin Dietz suffered minor injuries when the vehicle he was driving was hit in the rear by a Mac Truck driven by 61-year-old Allen Phillips of Birch Tree. Dietz was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on Highway 63, one mile north of West Plains.
