58-year-old Todd Allen Goff of Mountain Home and 65-year-old Herbert Leonard Kasinger of Midway was arrested Monday afternoon. Both men are charged with failure to appear, felony possession of a controlled substance, and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. The bond was set at $3,500 each.
